Together, they help mission-driven organizations navigate pivotal moments of change by strengthening leadership, improving organizational alignment, and developing practical solutions that support long-term sustainability.
Lynn brings deep experience in executive leadership, board development, strategic innovation, and organizational turnaround, while Jatina contributes nearly three decades of consulting and facilitation expertise across business, education, and health and human services.
